Cold email trick that doubled my reply rate in 2 weeks
I was sending cold emails for my B2B SaaS and getting maybe 1 reply out of 100. Then I started adding a single specific question at the end (like "does your team use Slack for onboarding?") and my reply rate shot up to 8% over 14 days to about 200 prospects. Anyone else tried making your outreach more conversational like that?

Ngl that's a solid improvement. Love hearing when small tweaks make that big of a difference, it's rough out there with cold outreach.

Hold up, is it really that serious though? I mean, sure, a small tweak can help a little bit, but I feel like people get way too hyped about tiny changes in cold outreach. Half the time it's just luck of the draw with who actually opens your email anyway. I've tried tons of little adjustments and most of them barely moved the needle for me. Not saying it's worthless, but let's not act like a subject line change is gonna fix everything, you know?
