CRM migration went sideways on us last month
We tried moving from Pipedrive to HubSpot on a Friday afternoon. By Monday morning, half our lead data was just gone, not even in backups. I spent 3 days manually rebuilding 200+ contacts from old spreadsheets and email threads. Anyone else have a data migration blow up like this?

Friday afternoon migrations, what could go wrong. Sounds like you got the full HubSpot experience on day one.

Ha, yeah I gotta call you out a little there @henry_moore55. It wasn't actually a migration, it was just a new account setup with a bunch of imports. Still a total mess though. They tried to pull in like six years of email data and it crashed halfway through, so we had to restart from scratch. Plus half the contacts had wrong formatting so the dedup tool just gave up and started flagging everything as duplicates.
