I finally tried a cold email template I found on a random blog

It was super simple, just three sentences asking if they had a specific problem. I sent it to 50 prospects last week and got 8 replies, which is way more than my usual rate. One even turned into a call today. Has anyone else had a weirdly good result from a template they didn't think would work?
