Just crossed 100 recurring customers and it felt unreal

I started this b2b saas thing from my basement in Austin about 18 months ago. When I signed up the 100th customer last Tuesday, I actually had to double check the numbers because it didn't feel real. Most of them came from cold emails and a single referral from a client in the logistics space. It matters because I was honestly worried we'd stall out around 40. Anyone else hit a milestone that snuck up on them?

Oh man, that's such a good feeling. Make sure you set up a simple referral system now before you get too busy to think about it, it's way easier to keep that momentum going than to restart it later.

Used to be totally against referrals because I thought they'd just slow us down, but seeing how much a single one did for our growth really flipped my thinking on that. Setting something simple up tomorrow actually.
