Ran into a former competitor at a coffee shop in Austin last month
Tbh I was grabbing a quick espresso before a pitch meeting and this guy I used to compete with for enterprise contracts sat down next to me. He told me he stopped chasing big logos and started focusing on 10-person shops, and he's pulling in $80k a month now. Ngl it made me question my whole strategy of going after enterprise deals. Has anyone else hit a moment where a random conversation totally shifted how you think about your target market?
