The investor who told me my pricing was 'too logical'
Met this guy at a coffee shop in Austin last month. He runs a SaaS fund and after I pitched him my b2b tool he just laughed and said I was leaving money on the table by being too fair. He showed me how he 3x his prices for the same product and his churn actually went down. Anyone else have someone change how you think about pricing like that?

it's wild how much we undervalue stuff just cause we're trying to be 'fair' to people. you see that same pattern with musicians charging $5 for a show when fans would drop $20 easy.

The music comparison is spot on. People judge value by the price tag, so low prices just make them think it's cheap quality and they bounce.
