The one time a customer told me my pricing made no sense

A guy in Cleveland said my SaaS was $50 too cheap and I realized I was just scared to charge what it was worth, has anyone else had a customer talk them into a better price?

A customer telling you to charge more just means you got lucky, not that your pricing ever made sense.

Whoa, hang on - I actually think there's something to the opposite here. If a customer is telling you to charge more, that is normally a signal that you're providing more value than you're capturing in the price. I've seen it happen where a client says "you're way too cheap for the quality of work you do" and that is a pretty strong indicator your prices are too low, not that you just got lucky. The whole point of pricing is to match what the market will bear, and if your customer is literally telling you your price is too low, that's about as direct a signal as you get.
