Used to pitch clients by sending 15 page PDFs nobody read, now I send a 3 bullet text and close 2x faster

Switched after a prospect in Chicago told me straight up they deleted my deck without opening it, now I just lead with the problem, the fix, and the price in a single text message has anyone else found that shorter pitches actually work better for closing deals?

Short and sweet always wins. Less fluff, more yes.

Sometimes the details actually matter though. I've had way too many times where a short yes led to confusion later on. Like ordering a pizza with just "pepperoni" and getting it on thin crust when I wanted hand tossed. A little context saves a lot of headaches down the road lol.
