Automate your first reply to buy time. Then sort leads by quality so you only chase the good ones.

My buddy tried that "sort by quality" thing and wasted a month on a dead lead.

My cousin's small shop uses a basic quality score and it cut their wasted time in half. I get where @skyler_mitchell is coming from, but maybe the trick is having clear rules for what a "good" lead actually is first.
