PSA: In Armageddon the asteroid gravity is played straight and it bugs me more than the drilling
Watched Armageddon again on Saturday at my buddy's place in Columbus and when the crew walks around on the asteroid like it's a parking lot, I actually paused it and did the math on a napkin, a rock that size would have almost no pull, so they'd be floating and bouncing with every step. I get that the whole movie is nonsense from the start, but this one is weird because it's not even a cool nonsense like the drilling or the nuke, it's just boring gravity that nobody thought about. Does the fake walking ruin the fun for you, or is it so dumb it loops back around to being funny?

Does anyone actually care about asteroid gravity in a movie where Bruce Willis is a deep sea driller sent to space? Honestly the fake walking is so dumb it wraps back to funny for me. Just lean into the whole thing being a cartoon.
