DAE deal with ovens that heat unevenly?
My cookies burn on top but stay raw inside.

How old is your oven? Mine's a nightmare with uneven heat. I feel your pain, my cookies come out looking like charcoal on top and dough in the middle. Honestly, I've started using an oven thermometer to check if it's even close to the right temp. Tbh, it helped a bit but I still have to babysit everything I bake. Ngl, I'm considering just getting a new one at this point.

Thought my oven was fine until I baked some bread last week. The loaf came out crispy on one side and doughy on the other, which totally changed my mind. Now I'm stuck babysitting everything like you said, lol.

That cookie problem is the worst. My last oven did the same thing with every loaf of bread.
