I always used cold eggs straight from the fridge. A small bakery in Stockholm convinced me to warm them up first.

Totally agree about it being a game changer. It makes the whole process so much less stressful when you know the trick works. I used to mess up simple recipes all the time before learning stuff like that. Now my cakes actually turn out right.

You said it makes the process less stressful. Does warming the eggs just help with mixing, or does it actually change how the cake bakes and feels?
