Banana bread saves food and tastes amazing, so just bake it.

My freezer has like three separate bags of black bananas from last summer. I had this whole plan to become a weekend baker, but the motivation never really showed up. Now I just open the freezer and see my past optimism staring back at me, all frozen and spotted. It’s a museum of my own failed ambitions.
