Hot take: a teller in Boise caught my check deposit mistake and saved me $340 in fees
I was at a branch on Fairview Ave in Boise dropping off a $340 check from a side gig, and the teller pointed out I had written the wrong account number on the slip. She fixed it on the spot and showed me how the mobile app pre-fills that stuff, so I switched to depositing by phone the next day. Do you all still write paper slips, or did you bail on the branch line a while ago?
