My bank's app locked me out during a $450 transfer and support took 2 hours to fix it

Was trying to move money between accounts last Friday night and the app just froze mid-transfer. Called customer service and they said it was a "known glitch" with their new update but couldn't escalate for almost an hour. Waited on hold for another 45 minutes before they manually pushed the payment through. Has anyone else had issues with their bank's mobile app freezing during transfers?

@the_joel maybe your bank had it together too until you tried something complicated. Banks lock things down for security reasons, not to mess with you. A two hour wait beats having your money stolen by some glitch in the system.
