My barber said he only uses his debit card now because his bank's app shows every pending charge instantly
He mentioned it stopped him from overspending last weekend when he saw a restaurant hold pop up before the meal even arrived. Does your bank's app give you that kind of real-time visibility, or is it still a guessing game?

My credit union app updates once a day, so it's always a day behind. That kind of real-time info would save me from a few dumb choices. Why is that still so hard for banks to get right?
