Side hustle chase: went all-in on crypto payments via BitPay for my Etsy shop and lost 40% of my margin to fees and volatility within 2 months
I tried accepting Bitcoin and Ethereum through BitPay to skip the bank middleman, but transaction fees plus a nasty price dip ate up almost half my profit on a $200 craft sale, so is the decentralization hype worth the risk for small sellers or am I just picking the wrong coin?

People get so caught up in riding the wave of whatever is trending they forget to actually check if anyone wants what theyre selling. It's like seeing everyone jump on a bandwagon and assuming the wagon is headed somewhere good instead of just in circles.
