That $35 fee reversal request got denied three times in one week

I called my credit union about a $35 overdraft fee from a glitch in their system last Tuesday. They denied my reversal three times even after I showed them the transaction timestamp was wrong. Has anyone else had to escalate past the first line support to get a clear error fixed?

honestly man is it really worth all that hassle over 35 bucks? i get it, it's the principle and all that, but three denials? at some point you gotta ask if your time is worth more than what you're fighting for. like how many hours have you spent on the phone and gathering screenshots? probably more than 35 dollars worth by now. yeah it's annoying when their system glitches but sometimes you just gotta let it go and move on with your life.

@henry_palmer24 you're not wrong about the time vs money thing, but 35 bucks is still 35 bucks that their system took wrong. Three denials just means they know they messed up but hope you give up, which is exactly why people should push back. If everyone just let it go every time, companies would have zero reason to fix their broken systems.
