Can we talk about how Hungary banned LGBTQ content in schools?

I was reading about this law they passed in 2021 that stops schools from using any materials about LGBTQ topics. It's not just about books either, it covers movies, ads, even stuff like Pride events. My cousin lives in Budapest and she said teachers are scared to even mention the word gay now. How do you even have free speech when whole parts of identity are illegal to talk about?

Ngl I actually don't see the issue here, kids under 18 shouldn't be exposed to that kind of stuff in school anyway since parents should be the ones deciding when their own children learn about sexuality.
