Got banned from a local Facebook group for posting a housing complaint

Last Wednesday I shared a warning about a landlord in my town who is taking deposits without doing repairs, and the group admin deleted it and banned me within an hour. They claimed it was 'harassment' even though I had receipts and photos to back up my story. Has anyone else had local community pages shut down real talk about bad property managers?

Wait, did you try appealing it or just let it go? Most Facebook groups have some weird rule about "public shaming" even when you've got proof.

Riverhill, I really feel for you on this one. I tried appealing a ban once from a local buy nothing group and it took them three weeks to even look at my message. By then I had already moved on but it still stings when you know you had actual proof and they just hit you with the generic copy paste response about "community standards." Its like once you get flagged by an automated system or a mod on a power trip, you're fighting an uphill battle that most people just give up on.
