I finally called out unfair promo practices and was locked out of the feedback channel
Noticed only certain people got advancement chances. Said something in the team app, now I can't post. What's your move when they try to mute you on career stuff?

At my last company, I kept a simple dated list of every shady promotion I saw for about six months. Then I took that list straight to HR in a private meeting, not the public channel. They couldn't ignore the pattern once it was written down. I had a new job lined up three months later when nothing really changed.

See this ALL the time with stuff like bad landlords or sketchy phone bills. You complain once, they blow you off. But start a dated list of every broken promise or extra charge, and suddenly they HAVE to listen. It turns your word against theirs into cold hard facts. My friend did this with a gym that kept charging her after she canceled, sent the list to the bank, and got all her money back. People in power count on you not keeping track.
