My comment on overtime expectations was removed from the company board
I posted on our internal forum about how mandatory overtime was burning people out. The post was taken down by management, saying it was against policy to discuss work hours publicly. How do you handle it when your workplace silences honest feedback?

Classic move from management. My last job did the same thing when the anonymous "feedback" survey results were just ignored. That's how you know they don't actually want to fix the problem.

What xenarobinson said about surveys being ignored hits it. Taking down posts just shows they care more about the policy than the problem. It's a bad sign when they silence people instead of listening.
