Overheard a guy at the coffee shop say free speech is a 'loophole' for hate speech
He was talking loud about how getting banned from Twitter made him rethink everything. But then he said if you need a platform to say something, maybe it doesn't need saying. I'm torn - is being banned a sign you were right, or a sign you crossed a line? What makes you keep talking after that?

Did a buddy of mine get permanently banned from a local Facebook group for posting a meme about pineapple on pizza? Yeah, he's still mad about it, but honestly I think he just needed to let that one go lol.

Oh man, I feel for your buddy, @christopher_flores46. That kind of ban over a silly pizza joke seems like overkill for sure. I've seen it happen a few times in local groups where a moderator just has a really short fuse over harmless stuff. It's a bummer when people can't just scroll past something they don't like. Your friend might be better off finding a group that doesn't take itself so seriously.
