Got silenced on a birding forum for questioning a rare sighting in Ohio
Last Tuesday I pointed out that the reported snowy owl photo looked like a barn owl with bad lighting, and the mods deleted my reply and banned me after 3 days of arguing with folks who never even saw the bird in person.

That reminds me of when a mod on a fishing forum banned me for saying a 14 pound bass pic was a catfish.
