Copied a banned meme from 2019, got my account flagged in under an hour

I thought reposting that old 'glass of water' parody would be harmless since it was originally banned in Singapore, but the algorithm here in Portland flagged it as hate speech within 45 minutes. It was just a joke about a literal glass of water, not even a real political jab. Has anyone else seen these flags go up faster based on the original country's ban status?

45 minutes is wild. I had a clip of an old Canadian news blooper flagged last year for "misinformation" and it took like a week. The country of origin thing is weird too, I didn't know they kept that in the system. Guess Portland's filter is locked to the strictest rules somewhere.
