Found out my county blocks certain meme sites on library wifi and a librarian showed me the workaround
I was at the Toledo library on Main St last month and tried to pull up a meme archive for a school project, got hit with a block page, and the librarian told me to use the guest network instead of the public one because the filters are set different, so now I'm wondering what else gets filtered differently between the two networks and if anyone else has tested this at their local branch?
