Got a 3 day Facebook ban for posting a cartoon about copyright laws

I was sitting at my desk in Albuquerque last Thursday, scrolling through my feed, and I shared this stupid little cartoon about how copyright laws kill free speech. It was a simple drawing of a guy getting silenced for quoting a movie. Facebook flagged it as 'hate speech' somehow. I appealed it, nothing happened. Three days locked out. What's the line between moderation and just outright censorship here anymore?

Calling copyright issues "hate speech" is a stretch, but that cartoon sounds more like satire than anything else.

Did @dixon.amy get it right calling it satire, or does that miss the point of Facebook’s actual policy problem here? I mean, how do we even trust them to tell the difference between hate speech and political commentary when they can’t figure out a cartoon about copyright law? That appeal process feels like a black hole, you click a button and hear nothing back for days. At what point does a platform’s moderation become just another way to shut down speech they don’t want to deal with?
