Got a screenshot of a meme from a friend in Berlin and it was gone by Friday, so I started a folder
Started saving banned memes locally back in March and I'm up to 112 of them now. Anyone else keep a backup folder or am I just being paranoid?

Wait, did you see that Wired piece from a few months back about how memes are getting wiped faster now because of automated filters? I read somewhere that stuff that used to stay up for weeks gets pulled in hours now. Your folder of 112 seems smart to me, not paranoid at all. I keep a few screenshots myself after losing some good ones, though I'm not as organized about it as you.
