Saw a meme about a 2020 protest get flagged as 'violent' on three different platforms

I was looking at some old protest memes from 2020 and found one that just showed a crowd with a funny sign. I checked it on Know Your Meme and saw it was totally harmless. But when I tried to post it on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok last week, all three flagged it right away for 'violent content'. The auto-mod didn't even look at the text, it just saw the crowd and the year. It made me think, if a machine can't tell a peaceful sign from a real threat, how many other harmless jokes are getting wiped? This stuff just disappears and you can't even argue with an algorithm. It feels like free speech is getting filtered by a bot that misses the point. Has anyone else had a meme from a certain year get auto-banned no matter what it actually said?

I mean, did you try to appeal it or does the system just delete it forever?

Makes you wonder if they even keep a copy for legal stuff.

That's the scary part, right? They probably keep everything in some hidden log but tell you it's gone. Makes it impossible to fight if you can't even see what they said you did.
