I used to just scroll past banned memes like whatever, free speech is complicated, but after that specific one disappeared I actually tracked down an archived copy and now I wonder how many other things I missed because they got removed before I even saw them.

Wait, they actually scrubbed it from all three in one day? That's wild. @thomas291 you're right that mods move fast, but I honestly thought it took a week or something to get stuff taken down properly. What gets me is how nobody talks about the stuff that disappears before it even trends. Makes you wonder what else got vanished before any of us had a chance to save it. Just the idea of a whole library of content being deleted quietly is kinda freaky man.
