A rep told me today that most guys buy the wrong clipper blade for fades and it made me rethink my whole setup
I was at the supply shop in Dallas picking up some new blades when the guy behind the counter told me that 7 out of 10 barbers he sells to walk out with a #1 blade when they should be getting a #0.5 for their fades. He said it comes from guys just guessing instead of checking what their clipper actually needs. I stood there holding a #1 and felt like a rookie all over again. Now I'm second guessing every blade I have in my drawer. What blade do you all keep on hand the most for fades?
