Clipper oil vs blade coolant, changed my whole routine
I used to swear by blade coolant spray, thought oil was messy and slow. Then a guy at the shop showed me how a drop of clipper oil on the pivot point keeps the motor running smoother during a 40 minute fade. I tried it on my next 3 clients and the buzz was noticeably quieter, plus the blades stayed cooler on the skin. Never went back to the spray, but I still keep it for the occasional clog. Anyone else ditch coolant for oil on their daily cuts?

Nah, coolant keeps my blades cooler on long cuts. Oil builds heat fast.
