Faded a guy's part line 2 weeks ago at the San Antonio shop and he came back wanting a refund
The dude sat down and asked for a mid fade with a hard part on the left, and I told him his hairline on that side swirls so a razor part would look off by day 3. He said do it anyway, so I did. Two weeks later he walks in, points at the part and says I messed him up, and wants his $30 back in front of three other customers. Am I wrong for standing my ground on this or do you guys just eat the refund to keep the peace?
