Finally gave that $40 folding neck strap a shot, no more sore days

I used to think those neck straps were a gimmick, always used the regular cape and clips. After 3 straight Saturdays of neck pain in Austin, I grabbed one from a supply shop downtown. Big surprise, it actually takes the weight off my shoulders and I can do a 6-hour day without the ache. Anyone else switch to a neck strap and now can't go back, or is it just me?
