Yeah, "worst day in five years" really hits. That means you've seen some stuff and this still topped it. Must have been a perfect storm of bad customers, broken equipment, and just general chaos. Those days make you question everything, even if the next day is fine.

Honestly, the only fix for a day that bad is a full reset. Go home, order the greasiest food you can find, and watch something stupid. Don't even think about tomorrow's shift. Let your brain just be mush for a few hours. You gotta burn the whole day off before you can start fresh.
