Hot take: I stopped using clippers on kids under 8 and my chair turnover actually got faster
Everyone says clippers are the fast choice for a squirming kid, but after 6 months of using shears on the little ones at my shop in Tulsa, I'm not so sure. Yeah each cut takes a couple minutes longer, but I'm not redoing a line or calming down a crying kid who got nipped, and my regulars with toddlers keep coming back. Any of you tried ditching the clippers for the kiddie cuts, or am I just making my life harder?
