The way some guys hold their clippers is just wrong

I see barbers in my shop gripping the clipper like a hammer, all tight in the fist. That's how you get shaky lines and a sore wrist by 3pm. I learned the pencil grip from a barber in Chicago 5 years ago, and my fades got way smoother. Anyone else had to unlearn a bad grip habit?

Death grip" is exactly what my buddy called it right before he snapped the handle off my grandfather's straight razor.

My buddy Jake actually broke his controller that way last year.
