Got banned from a local Facebook group for disagreeing about a protest

The admin, a guy named Mark from Boise, posted that a local protest last month was '100% peaceful'. I commented that I saw a store window get smashed on 4th Street, which the news confirmed. He deleted my comment and banned me for 'spreading misinformation'. Has anyone else been booted for just stating a fact they saw with their own eyes?

Ugh, you're right @the_julia... it feels like we can't trust anything at first glance anymore. This whole thing just reminds me how often the real story gets buried. Makes you want to double-check everything you read online.
