My 12 step fitness group kicked me over a private journal entry
I wrote about my sponsor in my personal notebook, nothing mean, just frustration about their advice. Someone found it and reported me to the group leaders in Austin. They said it violated their confidentiality clause even though I never named them or shared it online. I got banned from the meetings after 4 years of attendance. Has anyone else been penalized for venting outside a support space without breaking any real rules?
