Shoutout to the guy who showed me the right way to debone a chicken thigh
I spent like a year using that clumsy method where you hack around the bone and end up with shredded meat. Saw a video from a butcher in Portland who does it in 15 seconds with just a paring knife and one smooth cut. Has anyone else found a random tutorial that completely flipped their prep game?
