The $40 "premium" Discord role that got my server shut down

I ran a small gaming server with about 300 members, and I sold a $40 monthly role that promised early access to new maps. Someone paid, got the role, and then posted a leaked build in a public channel. The devs found out, blamed the server, and nuked it within 48 hours. I lost the community I spent 9 months building over one bad decision. Has anyone else had a paid perk backfire that hard?
