Rant: I was setting up a new stand in the shop last week and realized I've been doing it wrong for years.
I was mounting a customer's carbon frame and the clamp kept slipping, so I grabbed my old torque wrench to check it. The manual said 5 Nm, but my wrench hadn't been calibrated since I bought it three years ago and was reading almost 8. Has anyone else had a tool drift that much without regular checks?

Nah, I gotta disagree with you both on this one @mark676. I get that calibrating every year sounds like a lot, but 3 Nm of drift is huge and could mess up a nice carbon frame real easy. If someone rides hard and checks their stuff a lot, once a year makes sense to keep things safe.
