Took the cheap route on cable cutters, no regrets after 2 years

Everyone at the shop said buy the $120 Snap-On cutters, but I grabbed the $35 Park Tool ones from the hardware store in Tulsa. They've cut through maybe 300 sets of housing without a frayed end or a skipped bite. I keep them sharp with a quick file pass every few months. Anyone else running budget tools that hold up fine?

Keep a spare set in your truck, cheap ones vanish fast but they work just fine.
