Serious question, I swore I'd never ride in the rain until a guy in Portland lent me his fenders last Tuesday
I always thought rain rides meant a soaked back and a ruined mood, but 20 minutes with clip on fenders on a wet morning in Portland had me dry and kind of enjoying it. Now I'm eyeing a permanent set, so what fenders actually stay put on a 700c commuter without rattling loose every week?

SKS Longboards have been on my commuter for two years and they still haven't rattled loose once. Make sure whoever installs them uses the little rubber washers, that's what keeps everything quiet.
