Hit 500 episodes of those 45 minute dramas and it finally clicked
I was scrolling my watch history last night and counted 500 episodes of those 45 minute legal and medical dramas since March. That's like 375 hours, roughly 15 full days of my life just watching courtrooms and ER hallways. What surprised me is that I didn't feel bad about it, I actually felt proud because each show taught me something new about how people argue or cope. Has anyone else hit a random number like that and suddenly understood why they love a specific format?

375 hours is closer to 15.6 days if you count the full 24 hours in a day, so your math is a little off there. Still, the point stands that binging that much procedural TV adds up fast. The real win is noticing what those shows teach you about real-world conflicts without feeling like homework.
