My cousin's 3 a.m. text about a show changed my whole viewing style

He sent me a screenshot of some random scene from a 2011 BBC series and said 'this is how you know it's good, you can't pause it.' That got me thinking about how I binge, I always skip around or check my phone, but now I'm trying to watch one episode fully without touching anything... has anyone else had a friend call them out like that?

Ha, that's exactly what my sister did to me last year! She caught me fast-forwarding through a slow part of a movie and gave me this whole lecture, now I try to do one full episode at night with my phone in the other room.
