TIL you can binge watch all of The Wire in 4 days if you skip sleep...

Between my weekend off and some late nights I finished the whole 5 seasons, and now I can't decide if I'm more tired or more impressed with how every single character had a real arc.

Used to think all those glowing reviews were just people being dramatic, but after doing the same thing last month I totally get it now. The way every character gets a proper payoff, even the ones you thought were just background noise, is pretty wild. Marlo and Omar alone could carry a whole show, but they're just part of this giant machine that actually works. Definitely sleepy but it was worth the dark circles under my eyes.
