My daughter shaped her first leaf today

She's been practicing for weeks, and it actually looks like one. I might frame it for her room, it's that special.

That green blob leaf, is it more of a round maple shape or a long pointy one? Some of my first tries looked like weird spinach, @jenniferh47 lol. What kind of tree were you even going for, or did it just do its own thing on the page?

So is the blob from the paint being too wet and bleeding, or did the shape just get away from you while you were painting? I've had both happen, where a nice leaf outline turns into a puddle because my paper was damp, or my brush just went rogue on a curve.
