My license plate got flagged by a toll camera for a car that isn't mine, and the fix took 4 phone calls
Back in March I started getting toll notices in the mail for a bridge I have never driven on. The camera system read someone else's plate as mine, and I guess the plate on their car is one digit off from mine. I called the toll company and they said the image was verified by a computer, so the ticket stood. It took 4 calls and a photo of my own car in my driveway before a person actually looked at it. Here is the weird part: the notices kept coming for 6 weeks, one every 10 days or so, all from the same spot. Has anyone gotten a robot ticket like this and did it ever actually clear, or do I just keep mailing these people pictures of my car forever?
