My own cleaning checklist got flagged as spam by my booking app

I run a small house cleaning business in Tacoma, and last Tuesday I got a notice that my account was suspended for 'suspicious activity'. Turns out, the app's bot flagged my 72-point checklist because I kept pasting the same text into multiple job notes. I spent two days trying to appeal, but the automated reply kept asking for a photo ID, which is weird since I never uploaded one. Finally a human replied and said I triggered a duplicate content filter, basically because I was too efficient. Has anyone else had their own templates mistaken for spam by a scheduling platform?

Think about what that filter actually means for your business long term. If the app sees your exact same checklist as spam, then future data mining could use that against you when you're trying to win bigger contracts or negotiate rates. You might want to start alternating a few words in your templates every month so the system never gets a clean duplicate hit again.
